Er. Bhaskar Jadhav

Founder & President – IT WALA SOFTWARE SERVICES,

Er. Bhaskar Jadhav is a passionate IT professional and mentor dedicated to empowering students with modern technology skills and practical knowledge. With strong industry experience and leadership, he aims to bridge the gap between education and real-world IT careers.

Currently working as a Senior Data Scientist in a Canada-based MNC, he brings global industry exposure and advanced technical expertise to guide students toward successful careers in technology.

He is also a proud Navodaya Alumni (JNV PBN | 2005 – 2012 Batch) and has represented Maharashtra as a State Touch Rugby Player (2013–14), reflecting his dedication, discipline, and leadership qualities.

Apart from the IT field, he is also the founder of Advanced Young Brigade (NGO), working towards youth development and social empowerment.
